We had a wonderful elephant experience here at Knysna elephant park. It was a surprise Birthday gift for my Mum who truly loved it. Being able to walk alongside the elephants and learn about them, and feed them was an experience we'll never forget! - Hemma

Wonderful and very emotional experience! We learned a lot about the park, the founders, the problems and challenges and many very new facts concerning the elephants! The guides were phantastic-absolutely trustworthy, very friendly and always helpful with any kind of question! The close walk next to Sally and Nandi will forever be in our hearts-as well as feeding them! THANK YOU AND ALL THE BEST FOR THE FUTURE! - Katja

Wonderful experience. The walk was really lovely. Unlike a previous experience at another elephant sanctuary, we felt that the elephants here were a bit wilder, more unpredictable, and potentially dangerous. Even though we felt a bit anxious at times, it actually added to the sense of authenticity, and the guides were very attentive and clearly focused on our safety at all times. The walk with the elephants itself felt a little short, and the guides didn't provide many explanations during that part. Fortunately, we then had the opportunity to feed the elephants and observe them more closely in a small group, with detailed explanations and time to ask questions --- that part was truly great. The short video shown at the beginning, explaining the history of the sanctuary, was interesting, although it felt a bit impersonal. The breakfast included in the package was also delicious, and the photos taken during the experience were absolutely beautiful. We truly recommend this experience! - Igor
