Good morning . I had a voucher due to previous cancelation due to hospitalisation . I re made a booking for us 3. Then someone in the office cancelled it and rescheduled it to a date we would not have been in Western Cape . I was not pleased . However some special ladies went back to the office and arranged a special 7am walk with the elephants for us . We had a wonderful informative , protected walk with wonderful guides . Followed by a delicious warm breakfast, as it had rained while we were walking. When I discovered that our 7am walk had been specially scheduled, I found and expressed to the ladies involved how grateful we were . It was good to experience collaborative staff . A beautiful Morning from start to finish. Special time with the elephants, knowledgeable guides who made it very interesting. Excellent breakfast service Returning to feed the elephants and spend some time with them in the wonderful setting was magical. A wonderful South African experience - Jennifer

It was a beautiful experience, and all the staff were incredible. The room was gorgeous, and we had a window that looked right onto the elephants sleeping at night which was a bonus. - Janine
