Do not miss out. A memorable and moving experience up close to these extraordinary creatures. We did the morning walk of about 40 minutes alongside and almost within touching distance of Sally the herd matriarch. Our guide was friendly, enthusiastic and very happy to answer our questions. we also had the wonderful opportunity to talk to Geoffrey who has been at the centre from the very start - I think he said 30 years. The walk was followed by an excellent breakfast included in the price. We then had the opportunity of following on with another walk and a "feeding experience". We were given a small bucket of apple and beetroot slices. the elephants extended their trunks and quickly snaffled them up. A bit of competition led to those deep bass rumbles and even a trumpet. This is the most amazing experience to have. Walking with the Elephants was well organised, very knowledgeable staff and i didn't feel rushed at all during the walk. Amazing experience and loved every moment. - Jacqueline

A great experience for three generations of our family. The grandsons (aged 10 & 7) particularly loved walking with the elephants and also feeding them. All the staff are very friendly and provided lots of interesting and helpful information - Andrew

This was 4th year on a row walking with the Elephants, and each year it gets better. My wife Liz always walks with Sally as she says they are the matriarchs. We are so pleased that it's only for a few people, this time it was just 4. The keepers are very good and let you walk freely with the Elephants whenever possible. We look forward to next year as we will be back. Thank you. - John
