We were extremely grateful that you were able to put on an extra walk at 7am as the 8am was already booked. It really was a special treat to go walking with your beautiful heard whilst watching the sun come up. The guides was incredibly knowledgeable and answered all our questions. This was an unforgettable, phenomenal experience. From our greeting in Reception, to our beautiful room in the boma area, the friendly staff in the restaurant, and the amazing staff that took us out to the real stars of the stay, the beautiful elephants.Their knowledge of each elephant, sharing stories, and answering all our questions, was truly a wonderful experience. The ellies....or shall I say the real House Ellies of Knysna, the most gracious divas ever. We loved our encounters with these beautiful girls. They were friendly, inquisitive and just majestic. They made our stay truly magical. - Janine

What's not to love about Knysna elephant park? It was my dream to come here and spend time so close to elephants for many years. I loved every part of it but especially a chance to meet Sally, Keisha, Nandi, Thandi and Thato so close. I had a chance to watch them from my room and walk with them in the morning. The room where I stayed was exceptional, very beautiful and clean. The staff is fantastic, very friendly and hospitable. Elephant rangers were fantastic as well, I had nice chats with them and felt very welcome. I would definitely love to come again and stay longer! - Irina

Good morning . I had a voucher due to previous cancelation due to hospitalisation . I re made a booking for us 3. Then someone in the office cancelled it and rescheduled it to a date we would not have been in Western Cape . I was not pleased . However some special ladies went back to the office and arranged a special 7am walk with the elephants for us . We had a wonderful informative , protected walk with wonderful guides . Followed by a delicious warm breakfast, as it had rained while we were walking. When I discovered that our 7am walk had been specially scheduled, I found and expressed to the ladies involved how grateful we were . It was good to experience collaborative staff .
