I had a wonderful experience at Knysna Elephant reserve, it was very informative and the elephant handlers were amazing and they made my experience with the elephants interesting and informative. To have the experience of walking and feeding the elephants is truly unique and an absolute privilege and I hope to do this again in the future. - Lynn

It was a last minute decision to visit Knysna Elephant Sanctuary, but boy are we pleased that we did! We were fortunate not only to feed the elephants but also walk with them back to their enclosures. The whole experience of being 'up close and personal' with these gentle giants will remain in our memories a very long time. We also found the elephants 'carers' to be very knowledgeable and obviously care for the elephants very well. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this visit to anyone. We really loved our visit to the Knysna Elephant Park where we were able to meet the herd and feed them some fruit. We also did the elephant experience where we could walk with our own elephants. We had Thandi and Nandi (mum and daughter) which was a truly amazing experience. A big than you to David who was one of the Elephant handlers who took us to meet the herd. Great cafe area with lovely cakes. Highly recommend a visit to the park, this was one of our holiday highlights. - Andrew

Our elephant encounter exceeded our expectations. We got to spend a decent amount of time with the elephants and were very happy with the experience. The guides were very informative and we were happy with the quality of the photo package. An added bonus was being able to watch the elephants sleeping from our accommodation (room Harry). - Keira

We had this experience with our 6 years old boys and we just loved it. We started by buying the elephants some buckets of food so we could feed them. Then we had a walk with the elephants: we were walking near them with an instructor between them and us. We felt safe and seeing the elephants that close were amazing. Elephants are so majestic. We then said goodbye to them. It was magical. All the staff were also very kind with everybody. I can only recommend. - Solene
